About:

The biggest challenge with Ryen Base was the access possibilities to the construction site. The only possibility was through the track, as the facility was sandwiched between buildings, rock cuttings and the motorway. We solved the task of offering a robust plan, where we scored big points for the logistics solutions. We staffed the project with a logistics coordinator with extensive experience, which was the key to handing over the project on time.
